Can I buy tickets at the entrance gate?
Yes. Tickets and Memberships are available for purchase at the entrance gate. However, to save time and access ticket deals, we recommend buying your tickets online through the official website.
Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
You can either print your ticket or display it on your mobile device at the entrance gate. Make sure the ticket details—such as barcode, order number, product name, and validity—are clearly visible on your screen or printed copy.
Are there discounts for children, seniors, first responders, or military?
Children 11 years old and under are free but you must reserve a ticket for them for event capacity tracking.
Discounted tickets ($5 off Gate Price) are available for active and retired military members as well as first responders. This offer is valid at the box office only with valid ID. Please note; earlybird online pricing is often lower than box office discount.
What is the refund or exchange policy for tickets?
All admission tickets and memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. This includes weather-related closures or events. Rain checks are not issued and event will proceed rain or shine.
Can I upgrade my general admission ticket to a membership?
Yes. You can upgrade your general admission ticket to a membership during your visit by stopping at the Ticketing Booth at Gate 1 before you leave. Enjoy unlimited visits to the Planes of Fame Air Museum and exclusive benefits.

GENERAL ADMISSION
General admission includes standing room access (no reserved seats/spots), access to food & beverage stands (additional costs apply), event restrooms, merchandise vendors, kids zone, beer booths, and static aircraft displays. Bring your own chair and come prepared for a day of sun and fun at the airport!
GRANDSTAND SEATING
Experience the airshow from an unreserved, elevated seat located on the flight line with excellet views of the show. Seats on the grandstands are first come, first serve. Leave your folding chair at home with the convenience of grandstand seating!
Please note: grandstand seats are an UPGRADE to general admission. You will need to purchase both a general admission ticket & grandstand seat upgrade. Children ages 11 & under (except lap infants) will need to purchase a grandstand seat even if their general admission ticket was free.

VIP TENT
Located in the heart of the action at show center and includes all of our VIP hospitality offerings, the Sponsor VIP Tent provides premium catering throughout the day, including morning coffee, buffet lunch, afternoon snacks and of course, ice cream! Hosted beverages including beer, wine, and soft drinks, access to premium restrooms, and an exciting AirFest experience - all in the comfort of a tented pavilion with tables and chairs and access to an outdoor box seating area right on the flightline.

PRIVATE CHALETS
Private Chalets at Show Center are the ultimate way to entertain clients, staff, VIPs and families while enjoying a world-class airshow experience. Chalets host 50 guests per day and include general admission to the show for all guests, tables, chairs, shade in a tented pavilion, access to private restrooms. Catering can be added to the booking including morning coffee, buffet lunch, and afternoon snacks. Set menus will be available closer to the event. Drinks packages can be added to the booking for an additional fee and curated to your groups preferences.
